We are seeking a candidate for an SAP HR Super User / Support role in Ottawa, ON

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use your knowledge of SAP HR (OM/PA) to resolve open trouble tickets
- Support end users

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have knowledge of SAP HR (OM/PA)
- Knowledge of HR business processes
- Able to look up tables in SAP, look into issues and resolve them.
- Able to work with end users to resolve issues
- Strong communications skills
- This is a super-user / support role. We are not looking for an SAP consultant with configuration skills
