POSITION TITLE: Web Application Developer

Responsibilities:

� Prepare software requirements specifications (including system
information, usage scenario, data model description, functional model
description, behavioural model description, interoperability, restrictions,
limitations and constraints and validation criteria

� Develop, deliver and perform unit tests, system tests, load tests
and integration tests

� Prepare on-line help text as well as user documentation

� Prepare user acceptance test plan, including form-based testing,
business process and report testing

� Prepare training and implementation plan

� Implement application through user and acceptance testing to full
production application

Requirements:

� Minimum three (3) years experience in Federal Government
environment

� Minimum three (3) years experience in web application development
using C# or VB.Net, SQL Server 2000/2005 and application design

� Minimum three (3) years experience preparing, documenting and
executing test plans

� Minimum three (3) years experience in preparing system
documentation including system information, usage scenario, data model
description, functional model description, behavioural model description,
interoperability, restrictions, limitations and constraints and validation
criteria

Assets:

� Experience in web application using PHP

� Experience in UML modeling

� Experience in all phases of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

� Experience implementing Zend framework
