Qualifications and Experience
Must Have:
* Minimum 3 years experience in web application design and development
using PHP and SQL Server 2000/2005.
*
Minimum 3 years experience in preparing, documenting and executing test
plans.
*
Minimum 3 year experience in preparing on-line help system and user
documentation.
*
Minimum 3 year experience in preparing system documentation including
system information, usage scenario, data model description, functional
model description, behavioral model description, interoperability,
restrictions, limitations and constraints and validation criteria.
Rated:
*
Experience with web application development in Geomatics or cadastral
information management related projects.
*
Experience in all phases of System Development Life Cycle
*
Experience with implementing Zend framework.
