Description:
We are currently recruiting a Records Document Management Specialist for one
of our government clients to provide the following services:
§ Establishing/maintaining procedures for maintaining documents and
change control of documents
§ Determining and enforcing document control requirements in order
for the company to meet both internal and external needs
§ Examines and evaluates records management systems to develop new
or improve existing methods for efficient handling, protecting, and
disposing of business records and information by performing the following
duties
§ Evaluating and developing improved techniques for the control of
documents
§ Directly responsible for implementation and maintenance of the
department's document control system, reporting on the performance of the
document control system for review and as a basis for improvement of the
document control system
Skills:
§ Must have a minimum of two (2) years experience as a Records
Management Specialist
§ Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience in a records
development or operational environment
§ Must have an enhanced reliability security clearance
§ Must be fluent in either English and/or French.
An Asset to have:
§ Experience with application analysis, design, development,
testing, conversion, reporting
§ Experience with IM/IT applications/systems
§ Experience with Internet/Intranet and client/server applications
§ Experience with RDIMS core applications (Hummingbird DM, and 1 of
the following: ForeMost RM, iRIMS RM, Docs rm)
§ Experience with the Government of Canada Information Systems
