Our government client is seeking a Database Designer to to meet the needs
and deliverables in these 3 major tasks such as analysis, designing and
database specialist.<br>

Role and Responsibilities
* Create a template that will allow bidders to complete the appropriate
fields in a friendly and non-repetitive manners, so automatic for generic
sections.

In the backgroup, each criteria can be compiled with its respective score.

A situation analysis is required with key stakeholders to be able to
understand the needs, requirements and constraints of organizations
concerned, to clarify the differing needs and take that into account in the
analysis and creation.

Develop template that meets the requirements of both entities. The template
must be a user-friendly tool in which all generic fields will populate
automatically when all the other fields must be completed before returning
the documentation.
*
create two or more modes of distribution such as Web, CD and paper version
to meet the limited needs of the regions.

2 databases will be developed to compile, first, information of the
offerrors while the second database is to compile the criteria and their
score (numeric or text).
