Instructional Designers/Web Based Training
Project #: 25-WBT
Location: Ottawa
We are looking for experienced Instructional Designers who have the skills for creating web enabled learning content and curricula.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience as a web-based Instructional Designer.  You will be working  closely with the subject matter experts (SME's) to facilitate the design and development of quality e-learning content.

The following skills are required:

• have implemented web-based training
• understanding of the overall instructional design development processes
• have applied instructional design systems (ISD) curricula and the development of e-learning content
• excellent written and oral communication skill
• familiarity with web-based authoring tools
• knowledge in creating storyboards and instructional/information design documents
• Language: English, French and Spanish

Education: Masters degree with specialization in instructional design or equivalent
