POSITION TITLE: Risk Management Consultant

SKILLS:

* a minimum of ten (10) years experience in providing management advice to
federal-level government organizations

* a minimum of three (3) years experience in providing risk management
advisory services in the context of an integrated risk management
implementation or in performing risk assessments for an internal audit
function.

* a minimum of five (5) years of experience at the manager level or higher.

* a minimum of five (5) years experience briefing senior executives on
management, risk management or audit activities.

* Current and valid relevant certification or designation as a risk
management professional or internal auditor (CIA or, PCRM or equivalent risk
management certification).

* Secret level security clearance

DURATION: 3+ months

LOCATION: Gatineau

START DATE: ASAP

DESCRIPTION: (Deliverables)

* Detailed project work plan. The work plan shall incorporate proposed
steps/tasks and milestones for the project;

* Oral debriefings and written status reports with Officials, as required;

* Documented risk information considered for each project and control
analyzed;

* Draft and final assessment scales and methodology, including 5 to 8 risks
or risk factors to be used in the assessment of risk;

* Agendas and workshop materials for the various workshops; and

* Draft and final summary risk reports.
