MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

Is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist who can configure in
Moss
Experience in the following:

Has configured and built SharePoint Sites within a Moss Environment
for the Government of Canada
Has used the CLF templates designed for SharePoint in the Moss
Environment
Has experience with custom design in SharePoint using the Designer and
the style sheets
Has done both admin level and user level training on SharePoint
Has written training and governance documentation for best practices
within a SharePoint environment
Has the ability to build custom applications within a Moss SharePoint
environment
Has helped to Project manage the development and build of a major
SharePoint site
