Regularly fails to transmit on PC with win7 - File attachments

Ravin,

I was not able to repro the problem with your stream on my winxp box -
but I can now repro it on a win7 box after a few retries - I'll
investigate it in the next few days and get back.

Thanks Srivats. What do I need to build - MS Visual Studio or
something similar? My copy of Visual Studio is several years old so
I'm not sure it will be able to build for Win 7.
