Unable to view packet capture and generate

Hi ,

I am Unable to view packet capture in windows XP 32-bit machine even
thoug I have installed wincap and wireshark .

I don`t know how to debug as well , could you please help me to
resolve the issue.

I gone thorugh all the steps which has mentined in user guide as well.

Let me know any additional info require.

I have not getting any error message but packet capture and transmit packet not happing .

Could you please adivise which log or screen shot would help you to understand the issue.
