Patch to correct exit codes on various tools to work with CM Tools

Hi,

I've patched a few things including agent-auth, ossec-control, and the RedHat Init Script to exit with return codes indicating success or failure.  All work done against the current trunk on bitbucket.

This means you can deploy and manage the server and agents via CM tools like Puppet, Chef, and cfengine.
