Thank you for your contribution. A few comments:
1) In your local_decoder.xml, the first three decoders have the same name.
This seems confusing. How about changing them to the following names (in
this order)?
<decoder name="nagios3-host-state">
<decoder name="nagios3-host-alert">
<decoder name="nagios3-host-notification">

2) Would it be OK to change the licensing from "GNU General Public  -
 License (version 3) "
to "GNU General Public  -  License (version 2) ", in order to be consistent
with the rest of OSSEC source code?
