It would be great if Vespucci had an easy way to edit turn restrictions, as
these are things that really need to be confirmed against signs "on the
road".
The current ways to enter turn restrictions aren't very good:

I envisage the ideal process for this being:
- touch a junction;
- press a "turning restrictions" icon;
- choose between "no left/right turn" or "only left/right turn" options
(even if you can also do straight restrictions, left/right turn is probably
enough for the label);
- touch the way that you are coming from; and
- touch the way that you can't (or can, if it is in "only" mode) turn into.
Long term, it would be great if this could support time restrictions as
well, but that isn't as important.

You are free to add support for relations.
A prerequisite to turn restrictions.

The 0.9 branch now contains code that supports adding turn restrictions and
minimal tag editing of relations. I will be making a beta build with the
code available in a few days (there is some relation related further GUI
work to be done).
