Here I totally agree with Mike. For small applications it is better
the use of Internal Combustion Engines that they run on bio-fuels
(biodiesel, oils, butanol or biogas).  On nuclear energy now as i saw
before. SMR or Nuclear Batteries can be used for local applications
and not on central grid. The problem is with licencing.
