Request regarding M.tuberculosis whole genome

Dear all,

     This is L.Arunasree, working as JRF in Tamilnadu. I had a request regarding the complete details of M.Tuberculosis genome, its length, and also  very much interested to know about the total number of genes involved in coding proteins which arecausitive for virulence in host  and their secretion pathways.looking farward for all of your suggestions and needful help. The most complete H37Rv genome, in my opinion, can be had from
http://tuberculist.epfl.ch

Note this is different from the french http://genolist.pasteur.fr/TubercuList/
which is not so up-to-date.

However, both genomes are much better than the one in UniProt, which
is also
mixed with CD1551, according to their help desk.

Swiss TubercuList in numbers:
- 4,411,532 bp of DNA sequence representing the whole Mycobacterium
tuberculosis chromosome (strain H37Rv, EMBL/GenBank/DDBJ entry
AL123456)
- 4,011 protein genes
- 7 pseudogenes
- 45 tRNA genes
- 3 rRNA genes
- 2 stable RNA genes
- 9 sRNA genes
- Gene density: 1,099 bases per gene
- Average gene length: 1,004 bases per gene
- Protein coding (CDS) bases: 4,028,175
- Protein coding percentage: 91.3%
- GC percentage: 65.61 %
