Hi all,

I had been using OSCeleton to stream OSC messages to Matlab on 32-bit windows.  It was working great with the OSC libraries built by Andy Schmeder (http://sourceforge.net/projects/oscmex/files/).

I recently tried to switch everything over to a computer running Windows 7 64-bit.  I installed 32-bit versions of the OpenNI/Nite/SensorKinect drivers, and OSCeleton calibrates and seems to be working.  I also installed a 32-bit version of Matlab r2007b.  For some reason, even a 32-bit session of Matlab is unable to receive populated OSC messages from OSCeleton in Windows 7.  It just sees empty messages and eventually times out.  I have tried this on two computers with no luck.

Any suggestions as to why this is happening?  There seems to be a disconnect between OSCeleton and Matlab on Windows 7 systems.  Do I have to compile something specially for this setup?  I posted a question to stack overflow with no replies (http://stackoverflow.com/questions/12630278/open-sound-control-osc-in-matlab-64-bit).

Thanks for your help!

Matt

No love?  Any suggestions as to what to investigate or where to go from here would be greatly appreciated!
