Please have the potential sponsor look at the Sponsorship page for
details and how to get in touch:
http://opensourcebridge.org/sponsors/sponsorship/
If you can email any additional details to the address mentioned there
to help get us started, that'd be great.
Thanks!

I'd start with the usual introduction to what Open Source Bridge is
all about, and then pass on the prospectus located on the sponsor
page. One good thing to note is that the organization behind OSB
is a 501c3 non-profit, so donations are tax deductible. Selena or
I can provide any details if your or the potential sponsor have are
questions, or feel free to just CC us to help take care of any details.
Thanks!

Has anyone considered capturing information or asking people to capture
what their tasks involve to develop an operations manual? The wouldn't
need to be a big hairy document, but capture the essence of a task and
lessons learned. Interactions between tasks could be documented after
the conference.
For example, the entry for sponsorship could include a sponsor
prospectus, comments, if any, from previous sponsors, who should be
contacted about sponsorships, who to contact to get a copy of the
sponsorship agreement, and who has the authority to sign the sponsorship
agreement.
Developing an ops manual might be a tasked to an interested volunteer.
