is this FIT official thing? if not I think the name "Faculty of Information Technology " should not be used.

wouldnt it be more realistic if something like this runs on a cluster
of old hardware? then amybe new and old hardware can be added to make
it scale in the long run.

Before you plan for a cluster, you must know what you want to cluster first.

For a web server, it is more feasible to create multiple backend webserver, and single/dual load balancer at front. You might not want to cluster it together to get higher CPU or RAM, because web server is not compute intensive.

So, what you want to cluster?
