1) Should have a Computer Science Degree or in their Junior / Senior
year of a Computer Science degree.
2) Should be able to put in a minimum of 30 hours a week.
3) Should have an interest in developing business applications using
Ruby on Rails or any other Object Oriented Language.
4) Not Required but a nice to have: Should have a basic understanding
of MS SQL Server 2005.
