Does anyone have a solid endorsement for a Video Converter application for Mac? I'm converting videos from WMV and MP4 to FLV and I'm looking for recommendations on best quality, flexibility and ease of use.

I'm evaluating iMedia Converter and Macvide VideoFlash Converter currently.
