Dear Friends
4 yr old boy
Mother complains of in toeing gait [R]
Examination shows adduction of the fore foot hind foot neutral and no eauinus and varus
Correctible forefoot adduction
X-rays show adduction of the foot-[ slightly more compared to the [L] foot] at the tarso metatarsal joints
What is to be done?
Should I leave him alone or do a serial casting to correct the deformity
