? PERIARTHRITIS SHOULDER

Dear All
30 yr old male – auto driver
Pain [L]shoulder eight moths- has periodic epileptic attacks ion treatment
Examination shows-painful restriction of range of motion in all directions – Abduction 40 deg, Ext rotation 10 –
X-rays appear normal so also the blood investigations
What could be the diagnosis?
Is it periarthritis?- can it occur due to epileptic attacks and again in males in this age?
What further investigation is to be done?
What would be the treatment- I have advised active and assisted active shoulder mobilizar
