Dear Friends,
I would like to end 2008 by thanking all of you for touching my life at some point in time and wish you a happy, healthy and prosperous new year! I especially want to thank all of you who have encouraged, supported and promoted my business. Because of you, I didn't have to go back to a "day job" after getting laid off in January and have been able to place all of my focus and energy into just being a massage therapist. Because of you, I had and incredible year, and am looking forward to 2009 being even better! I've got a website now (check it out: amandassage.com) and am woking on new collaborations (see attached flier) and offering new services in the upcoming year.
My words of wisdom for everyone in the upcoming year: TURN OFF THE BAD NEWS, stop doing the things you want to stop doing and start doing the things you really want to do...NOW! This past year, I ignored the negative news about the bad economy, went into business for myself, started doing volunteer work, took a cross country road trip, cruised across Europe, and, best of all--made a lot of wonderful new friends & re-connected with some very special old friends. You really CAN have/be/do whatever you want! Your life is your movie to direct as you wish...
