of sites. You'll be involved with the full development life cycle,
developing well-structured code.

The ideal candidate will have:

=95 proven skills in UI design for web, creating best practices user
experience

=95 skills to provide front end technical/architectural guidance as well as
vendor oversight for front end components

=95 an understanding of and ability to resolve cross-browser compatibility
and issues

=95 ability to set code standards, review code and address any issues with
both internal and offshore resources

=95 ability to juggle competing priorities and changing requirements

Language Requirements:

=95 PHP, AJAX, CSS, HTML

=95 Any of the following experience is a plus

o  Magento or CMS platform experience

o  Java, Flash/Flex
