Optibike Trade in-Trade up Program
Attention Optibike Owners:
Is your mouth watering over the new Optibikes that are available? You
are not alone.
The top 3 features added in the past few months are:
· The Rohloff 14 speed hub
· 22ah battery (with the same 3 year/30,000 mile warranty)
· 15% faster MBB
This year, we gave the Worlds Best Electric Bike more hill climbing
power, 10% more range, all with a drastic reduction in driveline
maintenance.
As an Optibike Owner, you qualify for a new program in 2010:
Optibike Trade in-Trade up Program!
You can now trade in your Optibike towards the purchase of a new 2010
bike.
Trading in is easy, and you are guaranteed to get top dollar for your
bike without the hassle of selling it yourself.
Step 1: Call Craig Taber at
303.443.0932 x201. Be prepared to answer
a few basic questions about the condition of your bike.
Step 2: We may ask you to email some pictures, in order to get a
better idea of the condition.
Step 3: You will get a trade in quote the same day indicating the
Estimated Trade in Value.
Step 4: You can pick out your new 2010 Optibike, and we will start
building. The deposit necessary to start building your new custom
bike is equal to the difference between the new bike purchase price
and the Estimated Trade in Value of your existing bike.
For example: You like the new 850R (MSRP $11995.00) and you own a
2008 Optibike 800Li in excellent condition. (Estimated Trade in
Value: $6000.00). The amount due when your new order is placed is
$11995-$6000= $5995.00
Step 5: You keep riding your existing bike until your new bike is
ready!! You package and ship your existing bike in the box your new
bike comes in for immediate return to Optibike so you never miss a day
of riding!!
Fine Print:
Your Estimated Trade in Value and your Actual Trade in Value may
differ if the bike is received in a condition other than that
described the customer.
Packaging/shipping/insuring the existing Optibike is the
responsibility of the customer, any damage incurred during shipping
will be deducted from the Actual Trade in Value of the Optibike. Any
insurance claims relating to shipping are the responsibility of the
customer.
2 weeks before shipment of the new Optibike, a hold will be placed on
a credit card for the Estimated Trade in Value until the Actual Trade
in Value is determined at the time the traded in Optibike arrives at
Optibike in Boulder, CO. At this time, if the traded in Optibike has
any damage or is in a condition other than that described at the time
the Estimated Trade in Value was calculated- the difference will be
charged to the credit card on file.
You have to send your existing Optibike back to Optibike in Boulder,
CO within 4 days of receipt of your new bike, or you will be charged
for it in full. (sorry, no procrastination!!)
