Tutorial for using Gerrit/Jenkins for Stackforge cookbooks

Thanks for the tutorial Jay,   I just stepped through it to add some vagrant support into openstack-chef-repo and it made the process very simple.

You may want to update with a little bit of info how to login and set up gerrit for the first time,  including that it requires you to fully fill out the contact details section etc,   but it wasn't exactly rocket surgery to work it out myself.
