Cycle open tabs, NOT minimized tabs

Asking here instead of in Opera.General, and hopefully this will not be sidetracked by Mario
this time.

I want to press Ctrl-Tab and cycle through all open tabs EXCEPT minimized tabs.

I do not want to see minimized tabs open up until I unminimize them.

I don't care if this is made an optional feature that I have to turn on, but I hate being
forced to see ALL open tabs. This is bizarre behavior that I should be able to turn off.

Nope. I guess you could move those tabs to different windows instead of minimizing them - the windows panel is your friend here.
