Plugin for Opera Mobile on Windows CE 6.0 - how do you load it?
I'm trying to get Opera Mobile (version 9.5 for WinCE 6, SDK 1.0, ARMV4I, build 332) to load a Netscape-style plugin on Windows CE. I've tried putting the plugin (nptest.dll) in the \Windows folder and in the \Opera\plugins folder without success. I've tried the follwing registry settings, also without success:... more »

Java plug-in
I run Opera 10 on my WinXP Pro system, and it has Java 6, v15 installed, and IE8 and FF3.5 list Java 6, v15 as a plug-in. But Opera does not. Java and Plug-Ins are enabled for Opera, and Tools/Advanced/Java Console lists Java 6, v15, but the list of plug-ins obtained with Tools/Advanced/Plug-Ins does not list an Java plug-in. Should Java be listed as a Plug-In? If so, how... more »

NEED MONEY FAST READ THIS ARTICLE 29650
NEED MONEY FAST? READ THIS ARTICLE SPEND 5 MINUTES OF YOUR TIME AND YOU’LL SEE THIS REALLY WORKS AND BESIDES… IT’S LEGAL!!! I was surfing by the groups (GOOGLE, YAHOO, ALTAVISTA, ETC.), when I saw an article saying something about earning money fast. “Well -said to myself-, I have to see what kind of schematic can they show in internet”. These article described the way of sending BY MAIL, 1 EURO OR AMERICAN DOLLAR TO JUST 6 PERSONS AND EARNING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN 4 WEEKS. Okay, the more I thought about this, the more excited I as getting. It seemed a scam, but I was curious, so I kept reading. After meditating it, I decided to give it a try. It is really worth just 6 euros, or 6 U.S. dollars and 6 postage stamps, I spent more buying lottery and I've never won. This is not a scam; is not indecent, is not illegal, and is 99% freerisk, it really works if you adhere to the instructions, you will receive extraordinary dividends.... more »

Flash too slow to be useable
Comparing Google Maps in Opera and Firefox 1.5 it seems that FF runs it about 10 times faster. It is not blindingly fast under FF but there are no 30 second delays between each update like with Opera 9.64 I like Opera better in general but it looks like for all flash sites I will revert to FF. FF's NoScript is also badly missed in Opera since... more »

Opera freeze - Adobe flash plugin?????
I have recently installed Opera 9.63 on my Windows Vista home Premium SP1 32 bit system. My primary reason for trying Opera was that after Adobe upgraded flashplayer to version 10 some 4 months ago my Internet Explorer 7.0 started freezing randomly, and the culprit was at last found to be the plugin module... more »

Any way how to create/delete opera cookie from an external application?
Hi all, I need to detect from the web pages that my application is installed at the user's computer. I know it's impossible to do that in a general way - get a list of installed programs (that's a security issue) from web page. But I hoped in creating a cookie/protocol handler and detect that from web.... more »

Overriding plug-in mime-type registration
I would like to prevent Opera from opening certain mime-types that are registered with a plugin from using the type, and instead open it with an external application (for example, application/asx and asx).
