Are they in a plist or some file somewhere? Mine are corrupted and I
need to fix them. When I change them in Advanced, Preferences it doesn't
work. Using latest Opera. On 10.4.11 OS X.

They're stored in ~/Library/Preferences/Opera Preferences/Keyboard/.
