Something changed with Opera 12.

When I scroll a web page with PgUp and PgDn keys, the page doesn't scroll
as much as it used to in Opera 11. I calculated that the page movement is
87,5%.

Is the % configurable somewhere?

I don't think so. Can't find anything in the Preferences Editor either.

Opera wheel scroll isn't configurable also. When in mail list, it always
scroll 6 lines and disregard Windows mouse wheel setting.

There have been lots of complaints about scrolling posted re Opera 12
and 12 Next on the developers' blog. I haven't noticed so much what
you're speaking to - isn't scrolling distance software adjustable in
the Control Panel? For me since early 12RC, Opera has been very
slow to rewrite text a screen down at some sites. Example at

That's a big no. Opera do *not* comply to Windows mouse wheel setting.

Yes. But the number of scrolled lines seems fixed to a page. If a
scrollable section exist in a page, and that section uses smaller size, it
might scroll more lines (or even a page). IOTW, Opera doesn't recalculate
how much pixels it should scroll when the mouse is moved to a different
area of a page.
