Hi,

When "drag&dropping" text selection inside a form field, Opera make a
copy/paste instead of a cut/paste of this text selection.

This problem isn't visible in M2's composition page or in Note's panel or
in source editor.

Is it a bug or a "by-design" behaviour ?

Looks like a bug to me. I'd prefer being able to control this myself (hold
shift for move, ctrl for copy, like in Windows Explorer), but at least the
default should certainly be to 'move' when you drag inside a field, and
probably 'copy' when dragging between fields.
