In [../pub/opera/win/927/en/] I found:
Opera_9.27_Classic_Setup.exe 6593 kB
but in [../pub/opera/win/927/cis/en/] I found:
Opera_9.27_Classic_Setup.exe 4130 kB
Could someone tell me what is the "cis" directory and what is the
difference between those files?

"Commonwealth of Independent States" - these builds are for distribution
in Russia (and maybe some other countries, not sure) where Opera offers
Yandex instead of Google as the default search engine.
