Opera 10.01, Windows 98SE

Clicking the back-arrow seems to always reload from the remote server.

How can it be set to not do that? The pages are supposed to be in my
computer's cache.

First off: http://www.opera.com/support/kb/view/827/

Besides that, if the page/server says "do not cache" then Opera will
request the page again. If it is actually downloaded again depends on the
server sending a not modified header and Opera still having the content in
memory.
