Also fine here too. Opera 10.01 1844 XP SP3
Please explain what you are seeing that you think is wrong. As far
as I can see here, it looks fine, and the links I tried are working.

Not all the functions will work with this site.
The photos don't scroll alone.
Type "Saint-Malo" and click on "Diaporama": you can see that the photos don't scroll.

Last night it didn't load. Today it loads fine. Bizarre.
It has a peach colored banner at the top of the page that comes up once you search for something.
At the bottom it has "Loading" but nothing loads.
"You are using a browser that is not fully supported. Some features may not work too well, but you
are welcome to have a look around."
I think you've just answered your question. I think that Picasa
developers are aware of this problem, that's because they put this
banner on top. Have you tried this "Identify as xxx" feature?
Yeah, and of course you need to spam the Opera newsgroup with that.
Can you imagine what this newsgroup looked like if everyone did that?
This is why I suggested to contact the website owner first after
checking the site against a vanilla installation of the browser with
standard settings.

Yep. Tried to id as IE and Firefox to no avail. On snotr.com and Picassa.
Looks like they see through that little trick.

ISTR that "Identify as" leaves the string "Opera" plus version number in
the UA string [just tested: yes it does]. "Mask as" does not. Try "Mask
as..."

Is your cache set to empty on closing Opera? Preferences > Advanced >
History (check the box). A lot of site problems can be traced to
caching issues that clear up when the cache is.

No difference. Actually I can't remember when changing that has ever
improved Opera's compatibility.
> -Friends don't let friends drive Windows
Friends talk sense into friends so they don't fall prey to Apple's marketing
drivel.
Apple: Think Indifferent (to the customer's needs).
For a lesson in Apple-speak real value, price out a Mac Pro and its options.
Its absurdity personified. How anyone with the barest level of sanity can
give money to Apple, which is becoming more of a toy company than a computer
company, is anybody's guess. Its a pretty good indication that today's
consumers are getting more and more ignorant and doing less and less
research. As anyone that sells computer hardware knows, Apple buyers are
the most ignorant of the lot. Its like talking to a child, in computereeze.
You have to dumb everything down so they can grasp it. Just pure agony
dealing with Apple customers. First you have to explain the basic computer
concepts, then they realize how they've had the wool pulled over their eyes
by Apple's slick advertising. But they don't want to admit that. So it
takes a while for them to mull it over. Then with a bit of math they
realize how preposterous Apple's prices are. Even their iPods are a joke.
No freedom for the user, no SD slot expandability for the user, the battery
is a major hassle to replace, I could go on and on. They just don't make
anything good - period. That's coming from a previous Mac user for years.
Until I woke up. Windows or Linux - welcome to the world of logic.
[Please don't trim attributes.]

Well, I don't know then, but the problem is certainly unique to you.

Friends don't let friends drive Mac, either <g>
I'm a Linux user.

Somehow that makes more sense than you being a Mac user.
(That's a compliment...lol.)
