Ran setup.
Ran Opera.
Something quickly came up, but no opera.

Reverted back.

No response?! I cannot install the latest Opera!

Well, going back, I have a number of icons on the toolbar.
After going back, the icons were replaced by stars. How do I
get the icons back?

No responses because no-one else is having the same problem.
Also, I have no idea how to go about debugging a problem
with the setup.exe program.
