ECE pages in Opera 10

Opera 10 gives me a 404 for ECE pages but Opera 9 is ok. Is there a
workaround or any suggestions?

For example =

I'm sorry, but I can't reproduce your error -- that page showed up fine
in my O10.

Fails for me if I go direct, using the above url. If I go to
http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/environment and then
select any article, it works, so I'm guessing the option to send
referrer information must be turned on in Tools/Preferences/
Advanced/Network.
