"First Update Delay" vs "Update Delay" in opera.ini.
Could somebody please explain what these entries actually mean?

In particular, documentation at
http://www.opera.com/support/usingopera/operaini/ doesn't make it quite
clear what's "reflow" and how it differs from or related to "Page redraw".

Lazy Mind:

"First Update Delay" is the delay before the first display of the
document, from the point where you start loading to when Opera will begin
to display the document. "Update Delay" is how long it is then going to
wait until it updates the display as data comes in over the network.

1. Start fetching document.
2. Wait "First Update Delay" (or until document loaded).
3. Display what we have.
4. If document is still not loaded: Wait "Update Delay".
5. Go to (3).
