I've managed to lock myself out of my webmail account:
I had some small issue with how my webmail site was displayed so I tried what happens if I tell Opera (still using 9.64) to masquerade as IE. What happened was that now I get a timeaout from my webmail service as soon as I log on. Because the login page has a different URL than the actual webmail page, I cannot access the setting from there, and I never stay logged in long enough top open the context menu and change the setting back to where it was.
Question: Where can I access the site-specific settings without actually visiting the site? I figure there must be a config file somewhere.

In the preferences dialog, open the "Advanced" tab, then look under "Content". There at the bottom are buttons for managing site preferences and blocked content.
