Using Win XP SP2 Tablet, and have installed 9.50B2 build 9945, but now am
trying to install weekly build 9981m. None of the builds either 9951 or
9981 plain are able to execute in user mode, that has been Assignd to have
Admin permissions.
Do I need to be in Admin mode for the permissions to be set for a User
install as a upgrade?
The picture shows 29 'bars of green' plus when I run Inspetor on it , it
returns an exception 80000003, and still does not go any further.
Thanks

when i need to install opera from non-admin account on XPs, i use classic
installer, non msi, install to MyDocs or so, not to program files, and it
works... it warns that it couldn't write some file[s] on the end of
instalation, and ask for rollback, but if You ignore this, it works OK...

Bug reports submitted for Msi Crash, but Non MSI Build 10005 worked!,
thank you Dnia!
Apparently there are changes as part of the MSI tool with authentications
and the like that are causing crashes.
