I've loaded 4 versions on my PC (running Vista 32bit, wireless internet
network) and it just says "connection Closed by remote server"

Opera 10.1 works on my laptop on the same network and on wireless mobile
broadband, so what gives? What can I try?

cheers,

maggie

@news.optusnet.com.au:

I would check your firewall settings, and also check Preferences, Advances,
Network, Proxy settings. I had an issue once where Opera was trying to use
a proxy that did not exist, and when I unchecked it, it went fine.
