I can confirm this on the latest build for Linux Pentium M 1962 using the
QT 4-static .deb file.
Maybe an Opera rendering bug, maybe a standards incompatible site. If
anyone else confirm this, I'll file a bug report.

If I remember correctly, the outgoing server is ignored for nntp accounts.
Opera will always use the incoming server, for posting usenet articles.
