I don't see anything about Opera Mini, so is it OK to talk/ask about
the cellphone version's betas?

I just installed Mini v5 beta 2 on my Blackberry Storm2, and it does
seem to be significantly better than v4.x which I installed the other
day. However, there are a couple of problems:

1: I enabled Opera Link, and it claimed to have synchronized my data,
but my bookmarks did not get synched over.

2: It ignores the Blackberry's menu button. Even if Opera Mini doesn't
use it itself, it should not prevent it from being used at all because
there are device system commands in there.

You may talk about it, but to reach more users and Opera's developers the
preferred channel is the Opera Mini forum on http://my.opera.com

Same for me here. I installed it on my Samsung SGH U700. Opera Link used to
work fine with Opera 4, with the beta I don't get my bookmarks synchronised.
Hope this will be fixed in the final release.

Thanks.

Odd, then, that the support options specifically mention the Opera
newsgroups. I prefer newsgroups over web forums.

It synced my links only between Opera Mini and Opera Mobile. It also
synced my search engines but now I have them about three times...
