Hi all,
I just wanted to remind that the milestone field should be left blank for new tickets.
This is so that the management committee can properly prioritize issues as they come in without having to crawl through the timeline.
The exception to this would be sub tickets of tickets already assigned to a particular backlog, those could use the milestone of the parents.
