concurrent participants with override

Hello,
I am trying to represent 2 concurrent participants but one can
override the other as in:
concurrent do
participant 'ceo', :if => '${f:amount} > ${v:Max_amount}
participant 'cfo', :task => 'approve'

If the ' ceo' gets to approve, his/her decision always override the
'cfo'. Thanks
