We intend to have Ruote-web2 application functionality inside existing
Rails application.

Could you please suggest way to achieve this ?

Hi Makarand,

well, simply look at the ruote-web2 source and copy / take the
inspiration needed.

There is another alternative : using ruote-rest behind your rails
application. This is the recommended approach if your rails
application is a multi-process one. Note that ruote-rest will be
rewritten as ruote-kit soon :
