OW C++ Win32 Help System?

I recently upgraded my OW version to 1.9. I tried to install the help
system, but it didn't install. I noticed that selecting the help fies
doesn't change the drive space needed. The OW help folder in the
Start menu is empty. The only help package that doesn't exhibit this
behavior is the OS/2 help system, but I don't have OS/2; I have
WinVista. What can cause this problem? How do I fix it?

Are you installing your upgrade on top of an existing installation? I
think I can recall that the Watcom installer has given me similar
problem when doing addition of files. For me the solution has been to
delete the directory where Watcom is located (usually c:\watcom) and
run the Watcom installer, setting all the install options that will be
needed.
