I have renamed 1.8RC4 to 1.8 and made (most of) the necessary
adjustments to the web site. For better or worse, v1.8 is now official.
There are still some details to handle... notably the source isn't
posted yet. I hope to take care of these issues in the next couple of days.

I want to thank everyone who contributed to this release... not only the
developers but also those who have spent time testing the system. There
is always more to do, but hopefully this is the best Open Watcom yet.
