I have at long last merged the realtimeStoptime branch into master.
Among other things, this relaxes the FIFO requirement for trips in a
trip pattern. Trip pattern tables are transposed, enabling us to swap in
updated arrival and departure times for entire trips on the fly. All
tests are passing but there are still some details that need attention,
so unless you want to work on the bleeding-edge code please use release
0.7.10 or the new "stable" branch (especially for deployment to
production servers).
