Trip Optimization for later departure time.

For itineraries that depart later and arrive at same time are excluded in many case where we can give better option to depart later, and also i think we should give higher  priority for trips that depart later and arrive at same time - compare to other.

I have one case where i am planning trip form station A To C.  Train X is scheduled after 15 min from A to C, Currently when i plan trip it is giving me another train that  take me to intermediate station B after 2 min.  After waiting same time at station B i am getting same train X that i can have form station A. After finding this itinerary - trip of  X is banned for finding second itinerary , so i can not have that option, which may be preferred in many cases.

There are so many such cases where i can not have alternative options in which i can depart later.
