Installation Problem

When I try to install Open Travel Software Professional Edition, I
encountered the following problem:

Column count doesn't match value count at row 1

I deleted the database and recreate a new one then try again, same
problem.

Please help.

Yours is the second report on this issue, and the problem has now been
identified as a corrupted encoding on one of the installer files. A
solution will be posted here and will be in our downloadable
distributions this evening, and I will repost to the group when our
team has tested the new file.

?? Do we know where they downloaded their versions from?  Are all of the versions the same?
